Q: I’ve tried every diet going, why is this one any different?
A: First and foremost, this isn’t a diet. We don’t believe in diets. This is an education around nutrition, exercise and the emotional aspects of eating/food. There’s no set rules, it’s all about lifestyle choices.
Q: I need someone to be accountable to, can I be accountable to you?
A: Yes, absolutely! If getting weighed at home and sending the results to us weekly/monthly helps to give you accountability, then we are more than happy for you to message us and we can log it.
Q: How long will it be before I start to see results?
A: Well that depends entirely on you! The impact of changes to your lifestyle should be felt physically, very quickly. Seeing results can often take a longer depending on how much weight you have to lose. It takes approximately 3 weeks for your body to respond to dietary changes and this also varies from person to person
Q: How do I know this will work for me?
A: When you eat the correct portion sizes of healthy foods, have a balanced diet and exercise, there’s nothing that can’t work! This is just common sense. No plan to fall off, no starving yourself, no living on shakes or cabbage soup, no weighing or measuring and no deprivation. Whether this ‘works’ for you is entirely up to you.
